Do you sell genuine RevitaLash cosmetics?


Yes! Beautyangel is an authorized stockist of RevitaLash cometics! We order all our RevitaLash cosmetics from New Zealands official distributor of RevitaLash cosmetics.




Is BeautyAngelNZ actually in New Zealand?


Yes! Beautyangel is proud to be locally owned & operated in Auckland, New Zealand.




Do you allow Click & Collect?


No. Whilst we do have a physical location, this is for clients who are booked in for beauty treatments ONLY - these clients can purchase products from us at time of appointment, or pick up online orders during their appointment. Online sales are to be delivered by postal service only - Sorry for any inconvenience.




Payment methods


You can securely pay via credit/debit card with Stripe. or Laybuy & Afterpay - Buy Now, Pay Later service (details under Laybuy FAQ). BeautyAngel does NOT collect or store this information.




Why have the prices changed from what I saw previously?


Our prices are subject to change due to different factors e.g: product fluctuation, freight costs, specials etc Please note, if you have placed item's in your cart, these prices are subject to change in conjuction with site wide product price updates also.




Are you operating during Level 3 lockdown?


Yes! we are accepting online orders & sending them as usual. Please note: delivery time frames MAY be disrupted due to extra demand on postal networks. UPDATE: 0ct 2021 Due to increased demand & additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19. Our shipping provider NZ POST is experiencing significant delays. Please allow 1-5 working days added to delivery time frames.




Do you deliver internationally?


No. BeautyAngelNZ online only delivers to New Zealand addresses at the moment.

What is pre-order? and how does it work?


Products available for pre-order are popular products available to purchase before they arrive in NZ. These products are currently in transit to NZ & will have an ETA noted under the product description, in the 'PRE-ORDER' info tab. Pre-order products are available to purchase as usual. Add item/s to cart - Proceed to checkout. If the pre-ordered item is showing as 'OUT OF STOCK', unfortunately this means it has sold out. As the stock is limited. ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival

Yes! BeautyAngel NZ source our products from manufacturers or authorized distributors only.





SHIPPING

Delivery - Dispatch time frame


Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend/public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. eg: order placed at 1:30pm Friday will dispatch same day order placed at 3:30pm Friday will dispatch (Monday after) order placed any time on a Saturday/Sunday will dispatch on Monday UPDATE: OCT 2021 Due to the significant impact COVID-19 restrictions & extra safety procedures has placed on our shipping provider. Our Dispatch time cannot be guaranteed during L3. We apologize for the inconvenience & will keep this space updated.




Delivery - Pre-Orders


If your desired product is on 'Pre-Order', the ETA will be noted in the 'PRE-ORDER INFO' tab, located under the product description. ETA is when stock is due to arrive in NZ. Once your product has been packaged & dispatched via your chosen shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with your tracking details. ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival.
