Drink plenty of water

Reduce caffeine consumption

Avoid alcohol for 24hrs

Try to reduce or give up smoking

Eat a light diet

If headache occurs after treatment avoid painkillers

Take time to relax through yoga, meditation, exercise and warm baths

Regular treatments to aid relaxation and to get the best effects

Get plenty of rest (for the rest of the day if possible). Avoid exertion. Avoid stressful situations

Massage treatments work best, when performed on a regular basis. Make sure to book your next session promptly.
Contra-actions
Listed below are contra-actions which you may experience after a treatment and may last 24-48 hours. Please be assured that they are a positive sign the treatment is working. To counteract possible contra-actions and to gain the most from your treatment clients are advised to follow the aftercare advice above.
