At beautyangel we use NZPOST to deliver your beauty treats as fast as we can to you. All item's are Tracked for your convenience!

Delivery target: up to 3 business days**
Rural: Surcharge of $3.90 applies. Rural Delivery MUST be chosen for shipping.
Rural: Allow up to 3 business days added to target delivery
UPGRADE
Overnight delivery is available for $1.90 extra
Overnight + signature is available for $2.50 extra
Non-rural: Saturday delivery is available with Overnight/Signature req for $5.50 extra

If your order is placed before the cut off time of 3pm Mon-Fri* then your parcel will be on it's way to you on the day of purchase.
All orders placed after cut off time (3pm) will be sent the next business day.
STORE POLICY
Cancellation of orders
If you have changed your mind for any reason, you can cancel your online order if order status is showing as processing.
Once your item/s have been processed & sent via courier- we are unable to retrieve them, as they will already be in the postal network & on it's way to you.
Damaged Item/s
Whilst we take the utmost care to make sure your item/s are safely & securely packaged. These thing's can happen whilst in transit.
If your item/s arrived damaged.
Please contact Beautyangel within 48 hours of receiving your item, so we can sort the issue out asap.
Missing package
If your order has been marked as 'delivered' by courier company, but hasn't arrived please contact beautyangel within 48 hours so we can lodge an investigation.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
beautyangel now offers pre-orders on some of our fastest sellers! This allows everyone a chance to secure a fave before it arrives.

Pre-orders are limited & products available for pre-order will already be in transit to New Zealand. ETA date will be noted under product info.

In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours to rectify or investigate the issue.
